During my stay, I loved the generous check-in and check-out times, which allowed ample opportunity to explore nearby parks like El Arroyo Park, just over 2 km away, and immerse myself in the charm of Alajuela. The hotel's friendly staff and filling breakfast were major highlights, making each morning enjoyable and energizing for my city strolls.

The stay was very convenient, being only a short shuttle ride from the airport. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, providing a comfortable environment for work. I appreciated the varied breakfast options, including gluten-free items, and the friendly, bilingual staff who assisted with my requests promptly.

The room cost was higher than I expected.

It was just a strong match for a weekend stopover in Alajuela with value for money. The breakfast options were decent, but I missed having eggs in my ToGo bag. Try to check in earlier than 3 PM to avoid any room mix-ups.

The location is great for exploring Poas Volcano National Park and enjoying the nightlife in San José. Clean rooms and a friendly staff made our trip even better. The convenience of the airport shuttle was a huge plus, and breakfast was tasty! Also, there are shops nearby to grab essentials.

One downside was the noise from the train near the hotel. It wasn't frequent, but it did wake me up a couple of times. Earplugs are definitely handy for light sleepers.

The price is a bit over the top!!! You can find local options offering similar comfort for half!!! Noise levels may disrupt a peaceful stay with constant foot traffic!!!

Had a fantastic stay with friends! We visited the Poas Volcano Nacional Park and enjoyed nightlife in the San José area. The location is super convenient, and the staff were friendly. Although the on-site dining option is limited to a diner, the breakfast provided is a great way to start the day.

One downside was that the eggs at breakfast were overcooked. It could have been better, but it didn’t ruin our time.
